PMLoop collects the information needed to run your account, provide interview practice features, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests.

Account information may include your name, email address, login details, subscription status, question activity, comments, likes, and AI feedback usage. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PMLoop.

Responses submitted for AI feedback are used to generate feedback for you and to operate the service. Avoid adding sensitive personal information to practice answers.

Cookies and local storage

PMLoop uses necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect admin areas, remember billing/session state, save practice drafts, and remember question likes or interface preferences. These are required for the website to work properly.

Optional analytics are used only if you accept analytics cookies. Analytics help us understand aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited and which product areas need improvement. You can change this choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and authentication is handled by Supabase. These providers may set cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for account access, checkout, fraud prevention, and security.
