Privacy Policy

PMLoop collects the information needed to run your account, provide interview practice features, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests.

Account information may include your name, email address, login details, subscription status, question activity, comments, likes, and AI feedback usage. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PMLoop.

Responses submitted for AI feedback are used to generate feedback for you and to operate the service. Avoid adding sensitive personal information to practice answers.

Company preparation may contain job descriptions, resume text, practice answers, interview debriefs, and transcripts you choose to provide. This information is private to your account and is used to personalize your preparation. Practice answers and transcripts are not automatically added to a reusable coaching profile or shared question bank. After a mock, you can separately choose whether to retain the transcript and which question-and-response pairs to bookmark. Saved transcripts and refined responses remain private to your account until you delete them.

After a real interview, you may explicitly give PMLoop permission to submit questions extracted from your debrief for review. Only the question, company, and proposed category are submitted. Your identity, answers, notes, and transcript are not included. Submitted questions are reviewed before they can appear publicly.

Only upload interview recordings or transcripts when you had permission to record and retain them. You can delete company preparation and its associated data from your account.
